1. Overview
Welcome to www.bemhealing.com (“Website”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this Website and any services, sessions, courses, memberships, audio recordings, or other digital products (“Services”) provided by BEM Healing (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website, booking a session, or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or purchase Services.
2. Services Offered
BEM Healing offers a range of Services including:
Individual Body Code sessions
Packages and bundles of sessions
Asynchronous coaching
Membership subscriptions
Digital products, including audio files, meditations, and online courses
All Services are provided online unless otherwise stated.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payment is due at the time of booking or purchase.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect existing confirmed bookings.
4. Booking, Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Booking Window
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to book any session.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
More than 24 hours’ notice: You may reschedule or cancel your session at no cost.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the session fee will be forfeited.
Alternatively, you may request that your session be converted to an email session. In this case, the full session fee will still apply, and the session will be completed at the originally scheduled appointment time. You will receive a detailed written report via email afterward, as per the standard email session format.
No-shows: The full session fee is forfeited.
This policy ensures fairness and allows your appointment time to be offered to another client who may need support.
Refund Policy
No refunds are available once a session, package session, coaching exchange, or service has been delivered.
Due to the nature of the work, results cannot be guaranteed and refunds are not provided on the basis of client dissatisfaction after a session has been conducted.
Digital products (including audios and courses) are non-refundable once delivered, unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Packages
Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase. Unused sessions after this time may be forfeited.

5. Use of Content & Intellectual Property
All materials on the Website, including text, images, videos, audios, and session content, are the intellectual property of BEM Healing unless otherwise stated.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased materials for your own private use. You may not share, reproduce, sell, or distribute any content without written permission.
6. Client Responsibility
By booking a session or purchasing a product, you acknowledge and agree:
You are responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, and outcomes.
You understand that our Services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice.
You will disclose any relevant health conditions that may affect your participation.
You will use your best judgment and seek professional help when necessary.
7. Privacy & Data Handling
We take privacy seriously.
We collect only necessary personal information to deliver Services.
Data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

8. Communication & Boundaries
Email and message responses will be provided within 7 business days.
Our Services are not intended for crisis or emergency support.
We reserve the right to discontinue Services to anyone engaging in abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behaviour.

Results from energy healing, coaching, and mindset work vary by individual.
We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, including health, financial, or personal results.
All information is provided for educational and wellness purposes only.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEM Healing is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Website or Services.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

At BEM Healing, I value your time and energy — and mine. These policies help keep our work together clear, respectful, and fair for everyone.
1. Booking Policy
Payment is taken at the time of booking to confirm your spot.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
More than 24 hours’ notice: You may reschedule or cancel with no fee.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the session fee is forfeited, or you may choose for me to do the session via email. In that case, you will still pay the full fee as normal, and I will complete the session at the dedicated appointment time, and you will receive the report to your email after, as per an email session.
No-shows: The full session fee is forfeited.
This ensures I can offer your spot to someone else who may need support.
3. Refunds
Because of the nature of my work, refunds are not available once a session, package session, coaching exchange, or service has been delivered.
Results vary for every individual and cannot be guaranteed.
Digital products (audios, courses, recordings) are non-refundable once delivered, unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Memberships can be cancelled at any time — see Membership Terms & Conditions for details.
4. Packages
Package sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase.

5. Emergencies
I understand that genuine emergencies happen. Please email me as soon as possible at bemhealing@gmail.com if something urgent arises, and I will do my best to work with you.

BEM Healing Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the BEM Healing Membership (“Membership”). By subscribing, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or access the Membership.
2. Membership Tiers & Pricing
We currently offer three subscription options:
Tier 1: Align - $27/month or $270/year – 10% discount on single sessions + access to full audio library + monthly journal prompts.
Tier 2: Elevate - $159/month or $1590/year – 1 Body Code email session/month + 10% discount on additional sessions + access to full audio library + monthly journal prompts.
Tier 3: Transform - $299/month or $2990/year – 2 Body Code email sessions/month + 10% discount on additional sessions + access to full audio library + monthly journal prompts.
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.
3. Payment & Billing
Payment is collected automatically each month (or year for yearly subscriptions) via your selected payment method.
Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled.
Failed payments may result in suspension of Membership access until resolved.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel anytime by logging into your account or emailing bemhealing@gmail.com.
Cancellations must be done 24 hours or more prior to end of billing period to avoid next payment.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period- you will continue to have access until that date.
Due to the digital nature of the content and services, we do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods, unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Session Use & Discounts (Tiers 2 & 3)
Email sessions must be used within the billing month and do not roll over.
“Email session” is defined as one in-depth Body Code session where you submit a request and receive a detailed written report via email after the session is completed.
Additional sessions beyond the included number may be booked at the member-discounted rate, provided they meet the requirements outlined below.
Personal Use:
Sessions included in the Membership may only be used by and for the person who purchased the subscription and are non-transferable.
The 10% member discount may be applied to sessions booked for the member only.
The discount may not be used for anyone else, including but not limited to family and friends.
6. Member Conduct
You agree to use the Membership respectfully and only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Abusive, harassing, or harmful behaviour may result in termination of your Membership without refund.
7. Communication & Ethics
BEM Healing is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and professional environment. By joining the Membership, you agree to:
Communicate respectfully and use professional language in all correspondence.
Respect time boundaries — email sessions are responded to within 2 business days and are not intended for emergency support.
Acknowledge that deep emotional processing may occur and take personal responsibility for your own wellbeing, seeking additional professional help if needed.
BEM Healing agrees to:
Respond to member emails within the agreed timeframes.
Provide a safe and judgment-free space for personal growth.
Maintain confidentiality of all client communications except where legally required to disclose.
8. Privacy & Data Handling
Your privacy is important to us.
We collect and store only the information necessary to deliver the Membership.
All data is kept secure and confidential, and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing bemhealing@gmail.com.
9. Intellectual Property
All content (including audio files, written materials, and responses) is owned by BEM Healing. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence for private use only. You may not share, resell, or distribute the materials.

BEM Healing provides energy work, emotional healing, and mindset coaching for educational and wellness purposes. This Membership does not constitute medical, psychological, or legal advice. Results may vary from person to person.
