1. Overview
Welcome to www.bemhealing.com (“Website”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this Website and any services, sessions, courses, memberships, audio recordings, or other digital products (“Services”) provided by BEM Healing (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Website, booking a session, purchasing a service, submitting an intake form, or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or purchase Services.
2. Services Offered
BEM Healing offers complementary remote subconscious healing services using modalities including the Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code.
Services may include:
Individual remote Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code sessions
Remote sessions for animals
The Private Root Reset, an 8-week private remote subconscious healing sequence
Longer-term private remote subconscious healing containers or sequences
Digital products, including audio files, meditations, courses, recordings, or other educational resources where available
All Services are provided online and remotely unless otherwise stated.
Email sessions, animal sessions. The Private Root Reset, and longer-term private remote subconscious healing containers do not include live calls, appointments, video sessions, voice sessions, coaching calls, counselling, therapy, or ongoing messaging support unless specifically stated in writing.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payment is due at the time of booking or purchase.
Your booking, session, service, or Private Root Reset sequence is not confirmed until payment has been received.
For private remote subconscious healing sequences or containers, including The Private Root Reset and any longer-term private containers, payment confirms your place and reserves the relevant private capacity for the stated service period.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect existing confirmed purchases or bookings.
4. Booking, Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Single Sessions, Including Animal Sessions
Single sessions are completed remotely after you submit the required intake form.
Single remote sessions may be for a person or an animal, depending on the service purchased.
You do not need to attend a live appointment or be available at a specific time unless otherwise stated.
Once your intake form has been received, your session will be completed remotely within the timeframe stated on the relevant booking or service page, unless otherwise agreed.
After the session is complete, you will receive a detailed written report by email.
For animal sessions, you are responsible for providing accurate information about the animal and seeking appropriate veterinary or professional animal care where needed.
Legacy Packages
BEM Healing no longer offers session packages for general public purchase unless otherwise stated.
Clients who previously purchased a session package may continue to use any remaining valid sessions according to the terms that applied at the time of purchase.
At BEM Healing’s discretion, existing legacy package clients may be offered the option to purchase additional legacy package sessions until 31 December 2026. This option is not available to new clients and does not guarantee that packages will continue to be offered after that date.
Legacy package sessions must be used within 1 calendar year from the original date of purchase.
Unused sessions after 1 calendar year from the original purchase date may be forfeited, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required under Australian Consumer Law.
Legacy package sessions are non-refundable once purchased, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
BEM Healing may deliver remaining legacy package sessions remotely by email, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Private Root Reset
The Private Root Reset is an 8-week private remote subconscious healing sequence.
It includes one remote session per week for 8 weeks, with a detailed personalised report sent by email after each completed session.
The Private Root Reset is a time-based private sequence, not a package, bundle, or set of sessions to be used at any time.
Because private weekly capacity is reserved for you across the 8-week period, purchases are final once payment has been made, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
You may reply to your session report with relevant updates, changes, symptoms, or context if you wish. However, you do not need to manage the process, provide weekly updates, or decide what needs to be worked on each week.
Unless you provide updated information, BEM Healing will continue working with the original intention, issue, symptom, pattern, or area of life provided at the beginning of the sequence, while following what your subconscious prioritises each week.
Longer-Term Private Remote Subconscious Healing Containers
Longer-term private remote subconscious healing containers are private remote healing arrangements provided over the stated service period.
They may include regular remote Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code sessions, written session reports, and private ongoing subconscious work delivered remotely by email, as described on the relevant service page at the time of purchase.
Longer-term private containers are not session bundles, casual packages, coaching programs, therapy programs, memberships, or pay-as-you-go arrangements.
They are time-based private remote healing containers, and payment reserves private capacity for the stated service period.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, longer-term private containers do not include live calls, appointments, video sessions, voice sessions, coaching, counselling, therapy, crisis support, or unlimited messaging access.
Client-requested pauses, extensions, or delays are not guaranteed and may be declined to preserve the structure, rhythm, and integrity of the container.
Refund Policy
No refunds are available once a session, digital product, remote healing sequence, private container, or service has been delivered, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Due to the nature of the work, results cannot be guaranteed and refunds are not provided on the basis of client dissatisfaction, subjective experience, or not experiencing a hoped-for result after a session, sequence, container, or service has been conducted.
Refunds are not provided for:
Change of mind
Deciding you no longer want the service
Not submitting your intake form
Purchasing the wrong service
Not reading the service description before purchase
Not experiencing the result you hoped for
Dissatisfaction based on subjective results
Failure to engage with or use the service after purchase
Deciding not to continue after a private sequence or container has begun
Failure to provide updates during a private sequence or container
Digital products, including audios, courses, recordings, meditations, and downloadable resources, are non-refundable once delivered, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
5. Use of Content & Intellectual Property
All materials on the Website, including text, images, videos, audios, digital products, session reports, written resources, PDFs, and other content, are the intellectual property of BEM Healing unless otherwise stated.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased or received materials for your own private use.
You may not share, reproduce, sell, distribute, copy, publish, adapt, or use any BEM Healing content for commercial purposes without written permission.
6. Client Responsibility
By booking a session, purchasing a service, purchasing a private sequence or container, or purchasing a product, you acknowledge and agree:
You are responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, actions, and outcomes.
You understand that BEM Healing Services are complementary wellness services only.
You understand that BEM Healing Services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, veterinary, legal, financial, or other professional advice or care.
You understand that BEM Healing does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, illness, mental health condition, medical condition, physical condition, animal health condition, behavioural condition, or other professional concern.
You will seek appropriate professional help when necessary.
You will not delay, avoid, or discontinue medical, psychological, veterinary, or other professional care because of anything provided by BEM Healing.
You will provide accurate information through your intake form to the best of your ability.
You understand that no specific outcome, result, healing response, symptom change, emotional change, physical change, animal change, financial result, relationship result, business result, or life change can be promised or guaranteed.
For animal sessions, you understand that BEM Healing provides complementary remote wellness support only and does not provide veterinary care, behavioural diagnosis, emergency care, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or cure. You are responsible for seeking appropriate veterinary or professional animal care where needed.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or are at risk of harm, please contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis support service immediately.
If your animal is experiencing a medical, behavioural, urgent, or emergency concern, please contact a veterinarian or appropriate animal professional immediately.
7. Privacy & Data Handling
We take privacy seriously.
We collect personal information necessary to deliver Services, process payments, manage bookings, communicate with you, maintain client records, and operate the Website.
Because BEM Healing may collect health-related or sensitive personal information through intake forms and session-related communication, this information is handled with care and used only for the purpose of providing the Service you requested, unless otherwise required by law.
Data is stored securely and will not be sold or rented to third parties.
Information may be shared only where necessary to operate the business, deliver the Service, process payments, comply with legal obligations, or protect the rights, safety, or property of BEM Healing or others.

8. Communication & Boundaries
Email and message responses will usually be provided within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays, travel periods, illness, emergencies, or planned time away.
BEM Healing communicates primarily by email.
Single remote sessions, animal sessions, The Private Root Reset, and longer-term private remote subconscious healing containers do not include unlimited email support, coaching, counselling, emotional processing support, crisis support, veterinary support, behavioural support, or real-time messaging access unless specifically stated in writing.
Our Services are not intended for crisis or emergency support.
We reserve the right to discontinue Services to anyone engaging in abusive, harassing, threatening, inappropriate, excessive, or unsafe behaviour.
We may also decline to respond to communication that is outside the scope of the Service, requires medical, psychological, legal, financial, veterinary, behavioural, or professional support, or repeatedly ignores service boundaries.
9. Disclaimers
Results from Emotion Code, Body Code, Belief Code, subconscious healing, energy healing, mindset work, and complementary wellness services vary by individual.
We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, including physical, emotional, medical, mental health, financial, relationship, business, fertility, pregnancy, birth, animal health, behavioural, or personal results.
Testimonials, client stories, examples, or educational content shared on this Website represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will experience the same or similar results.
All information is provided for educational, informational, and complementary wellness purposes only.
BEM Healing does not provide medical care, psychological treatment, counselling, psychotherapy, coaching, diagnosis, crisis support, emergency support, veterinary care, behavioural diagnosis, or professional advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEM Healing is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic loss arising from your use of the Website, Services, session reports, digital products, educational content, private sequences, private containers, or other materials.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Where BEM Healing is permitted to limit liability, liability will be limited to the resupply of the Service or the cost of having the Service supplied again, where appropriate.

The Website may contain links to third-party sites, products, services, platforms, or resources.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, policies, or accuracy of any external sites or services.
Accessing third-party links is at your own discretion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Australia, Australia, unless otherwise required by law.
13. Australian Consumer Law
Our Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
If a Service does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy depending on the circumstances.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

At BEM Healing, I value your time and energy — and mine. These policies help keep our work together clear, respectful, and fair for everyone.
1. Booking Policy
Payment is taken at the time of booking or purchase to confirm your session, service, digital product, Private Root Reset sequence, longer-term private remote subconscious healing container, or other purchase.
Your booking or purchase is not confirmed until payment has been received.
For remote sessions, animal sessions, The Private Root Reset, and longer-term private remote subconscious healing containers, your intake form must be submitted before the work can begin.
2. Single Sessions, Including Animal Sessions
Single sessions are completed remotely and delivered by email.
Single remote sessions may be for a person or an animal, depending on the service purchased.
Once you have purchased a single session, you will be asked to complete an intake form with the issue, symptom, pattern, animal, or area of life you would like support with.
Your session will be completed remotely within the stated timeframe once your intake form has been received, unless otherwise agreed.
After the session is complete, you will receive a detailed written report by email.
Single sessions are non-refundable once purchased, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Failure to submit your intake form does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
3. Legacy Packages
BEM Healing no longer offers session packages for general public purchase unless otherwise stated.
At BEM Healing’s discretion, existing legacy package clients may be offered the option to purchase additional legacy package sessions until 31 December 2026.
Legacy package sessions must be used within 1 calendar year from the original date of purchase.

Refunds are not provided because you change your mind, decide not to continue, do not submit updates, do not experience the results you hoped for, or no longer wish to use the service.
If you choose not to continue after the sequence has begun, unused weeks are not automatically refunded.
If BEM Healing needs to skip a week due to illness, emergency, travel disruption, or another unavoidable circumstance, the sequence will be extended so that all 8 sessions are completed.
Client-requested pauses or delays are not guaranteed and may be declined to preserve the structure and integrity of the 8-week sequence.
5. Longer-Term Private Remote Subconscious Healing Containers
Longer-term private remote subconscious healing containers are private remote healing arrangements provided over the stated service period.
They may include regular remote sessions, written reports, and private ongoing subconscious work delivered remotely by email, as described on the relevant service page at the time of purchase.
Because these containers reserve private capacity over a longer period of time, purchases are final once payment has been made, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds are not provided because you change your mind, decide not to continue, do not provide updates, do not experience the results you hoped for, or no longer wish to use the service.
If you choose not to continue after the container has begun, unused weeks or months are not automatically refunded.
If BEM Healing needs to skip or delay a session due to illness, emergency, travel disruption, or another unavoidable circumstance, the session will be rescheduled or the container will be adjusted so the agreed service can still be delivered.
Client-requested pauses, extensions, delays, or changes are not guaranteed and may be declined to preserve the structure and integrity of the container.
6. Digital Products
Digital products, including audios, meditations, courses, recordings, PDFs, downloadable resources, and other digital materials, are non-refundable once delivered, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Results
Because of the nature of this work, results vary for every individual and cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds are not provided on the basis that a client did not experience a hoped-for result after the service was delivered.
This includes physical, emotional, medical, mental health, financial, relationship, business, animal, fertility, pregnancy, birth, behavioural, or personal outcomes.
8. Emergencies
I understand that genuine emergencies happen.
Please email me as soon as possible at beth@bemhealing.com if something urgent arises, and I will do my best to work with you where appropriate.
This does not guarantee a refund, pause, reschedule, extension, transfer, or change to the service period, but I will consider genuine emergencies with care.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund and Cancellation Policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If a Service does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy depending on the circumstances.
